Lovegistics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Lovegistics mobile application (“Lovegistics” or the “App”). By using Lovegistics, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

When you create and use a Lovegistics account, we collect certain information you provide directly. This includes required information such as your name and email address. You may also choose to provide optional information, including notes, lists, and other free-form content you enter in the app, as well as information shared with a partner you invite to your account. Lovegistics allows users to store “Critical Info,” which may include sensitive personal information only if you choose to enter it, such as government identification numbers (for example passport or TSA numbers), health-related information, or financial information. Providing this information is entirely optional and under your control.

Account Creation and Partner Invitations

To use Lovegistics, users must create an account using an email and password or Sign in with Apple. Users may invite a partner to join their account, and shared content within the app is visible to both partners.

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information automatically, including app usage data, device information, and crash or diagnostic data. This information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve the App.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the App, enable shared functionality between partners, authenticate users, process subscriptions and payments, send push notifications related to app functionality, improve performance and reliability, and respond to support or privacy inquiries.

Data Storage and Security

Lovegistics stores user data using Supabase, with servers located in the United States. Data is protected using the security and encryption measures provided by Supabase, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported by the platform. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Services

Lovegistics uses third-party services to operate the App, including Supabase for data storage and authentication, Apple Sign In for authentication, Apple In-App Purchases and RevenueCat for subscription management, Expo Analytics for usage analytics, and crash reporting services for app stability and diagnostics. These services process data only as necessary to provide their functionality and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Advertising and Tracking

Lovegistics does not display ads, does not sell user data, and does not track users across other apps or websites. User data is not used for third-party advertising.

Push Notifications

Lovegistics may send push notifications related to app activity or shared updates. You can manage notification preferences through your device settings.

Data Deletion and Account Removal

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us at aberke@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Children’s Privacy

Lovegistics is not intended for children and should not be used by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
